Butterfly Cameroon took part in the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) working group training workshop held at UN House in Maroua.
On Friday, December 8, 2023, Butterfly Cameroon, represented by its intern, Georgette DIDJA, took part in a PSEA working group training at the UN House in Maroua. On the agenda, the associations and players present followed up on the recommendations of the last meeting. They then presented the PSEA activities carried out to date, as well as the intervention pyramid for mental health and psychosocial support.
Butterfly Cameroon also presented its activities over the past month.
At the end of the meeting, recommendations were formulated and an action plan was adopted, encouraging capacity building, collaboration with traditional practitioners on the issue of mental health, and the participation of the associations present in the International Day of Autistic Children.
