Butterfly Cameroon celebrates with children of Doualaré for the festive season 2023

On 23 December 2023, Butterfly Cameroon organized a heartfelt celebration dedicated to young people living in the Doualaré 1, 2 and 3 neighborhoods, offering a festive moment to some fifty children in vulnerable situations. Indeed, the festive season is not always a happy time for vulnerable children.

This initiative, which took place in the heart of the Doualaré 1 chiefdom in Maroua, is in line with the association’s desire to promote the social and psychological well-being of children, enabling them to express their emotions and stimulate their talents through practical fan-making workshops.

These actions also contribute to the goals of sustainable development, in particular MDG 3, which focuses on health and well-being.
