Article 7 of Butterfly Cameroon's statutes:
Any physical or legal person, of good moral standing, working for the attainment of the association’s objectives and respecting the membership conditions set out by Article 13, may become a member.
The membership of any physical or legal person is subject to agreeing with the guiding principles set out by the statutes and rules of procedure of the association.
Any membership application must be addressed to the Chair of the Bureau for information and decision by the General Assembly

Article 14 of Butterfly Cameroon's statutes: All the members of the association must pay their membership fees amounting to five thousand (5,000) CFA Francs and a yearly contribution of CFA20,000.
The Active and Associate Members are co-opted by the administrators during the ordinary meetings of the Executive Board.
